1979 BA Honours degree in 3D Design (wood/metal/ceramics/glass)
1987 February - April: Practising member of SIGMA studio group, Manchester.
May: Co-designed and performed "The Grand Tour", a sculptural performance for Manchester's "Artweek '87".
1987 - 92 Founder member of CUBA studio group, Manchester.
1988 May: Stills Photography as an integrated part of Bruce McLean's performance: "Bruce McLean and the Fallen Warrior" commissioned by Granada Television for Celebration arts programme, Director: Phil Griffin.
September: Created site-specific sculpture as part of "Chart" exhibition, Castlefield Urban Heritage Park, Manchester.
1989 May: Co-designed and performed "In Transit", a sculptural performance which specifically utilised the GM Bus network.
October: Exhibited "Aspire" a site-specific sculpture for the Portico Library, Manchester.
1990 May: Co-designed and performed "In Situ", a reflection on the function of museums. Commissioned by and performed at The Harris Museum, Preston
November: Artist in Residence, Tate Gallery Sculpture Workshop, Rydal Hall, Cumbria.
1992 July: Made site-specific sculpture in Crow Wood, Rydal Hall, Cumbria.
1993 May: Commissioned to make "Five Radios on Radio Five"; an on-air construction of sculpture which used live national broadcast as an essential aural component. British Broadcasting Corporation, Radio 5, Five Alive programme, Producer: Gaby Fisher.
1995 to present: Member of Rogue Studio Group, Manchester, England. Annual exhibition of drawings during Open Studio events.
1998 Drawings installed in Diamond Lounge of British Midland Airlines, Manchester Airport. Installation by James Kelley.
1999 September: Drawings featured in Cross Currents exhibition, Schmucker Art Gallery, Gettysburg, USA.
2001 April-June: Drawings featured in NOIZ exhibition, Hulme, Manchester, U.K.. Curated by Yuen Fong Ling.
2002 August: Interactive digital artwork featured in Export exhibition, Blackburne House, Liverpool, U.K..
